First, before the opening of colleges and universities

1.The school keeps track of the health conditions of staff and students on a daily basis, implements a "daily report" and "zero report" system, and reports to the competent authorities。

2.The school conducts knowledge and skills training on prevention and control system, personal protection and disinfection for all staff。

3.Schools should be thoroughly cleaned before the start of the semester, surfaces should be disinfected preventatively, and classrooms should be ventilated with Windows。

4.All faculty members and students who have gone out should stay at home for 14 days after returning to their places of residence, before returning to school in good health。

5.Keep a good stock of hand sanitizer, hand disinfectant, masks, gloves, disinfectants and other prevention and control materials。

6.A (temporary) isolation room is set up in a relatively separate location for immediate and temporary isolation in case of symptoms such as fever。

7.The emergency plan for epidemic prevention and control shall be formulated with a clear system and the responsibility belongs to the person, and training and exercises shall be carried out. The principal is the first person responsible for epidemic prevention and control in the unit。

Second, after the opening of colleges and universities

8.Grasp the health condition of staff and students every day, strengthen the morning and afternoon inspection of students and staff, implement the "daily report", "zero report" system, and report to the competent authorities。

9.Strengthen surface cleaning and disinfection of objects。The environment of classrooms, dormitories, libraries, student laboratories, sports venues, restaurants and other places shall be kept clean and tidy, disinfected and recorded regularly every day。Use 250 ~ 500mg/L chlorine disinfectant to spray or wipe the door handles, desks and chairs, lecterns, computer keyboards, mice, faucets, stair handrails, dormitory bed fences, indoor fitness equipment, elevator buttons and other high-frequency contact surfaces, or use disinfectant wipes to wipe。

10.Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of key places。The cleanliness of school cafeterias, bathrooms and dormitory floors should be strengthened, disinfected and recorded regularly。Use a chlorine-containing disinfectant 500mg/L effective chlorine to wipe and disinfect。

11.All kinds of living, learning and working places (such as classrooms, dormitories, libraries, student laboratories, places for sports activities, restaurants, teachers' offices, bathrooms, etc.) should be ventilated。Ventilate at least 3 times a day for at least 30 minutes each time。Try to open Windows for ventilation between classes, and mechanical ventilation can also be used。If an air conditioner is used, ensure that the air supply to the air conditioner system is safe and sufficient fresh air is supplied. All exhaust air is directly discharged to the outside。

12.Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of meal (drinking) sets. Meals (drinking) sets should be disinfected one by one. Students are advised to bring their own tableware。餐(饮)具去残渣、清洗后,煮沸或流通蒸汽消毒15分钟;或采用热力消毒柜等消毒方式;或采用有效氯250mg/L的含氯消毒剂浸泡30分钟,消毒后应当将残留消毒剂冲净。

13.Dormitory should be cleaned regularly and do a good job of personal hygiene。Bedding and personal clothing should be hung regularly and washed regularly。If disinfection is required, boil and disinfect for 30 minutes or soak in a chlorine-containing disinfectant with 500mg/L effective chlorine for 30 minutes before regular cleaning。

14.Strengthen the garbage classification management, collect and transport in time, and do a good job of cleaning garbage containers, can use 500mg/L effective chlorine disinfectant to disinfect them regularly。

15.Strengthen personal protection。School staff on duty, cleaning staff and canteen staff should wear disposable medical masks or surgical masks。Canteen staff should also wear work clothes and keep them clean. Work clothes should be washed and disinfected regularly。It can be boiled and disinfected for 30 minutes, or soaked in 500mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant for 30 minutes, and then washed regularly。Cleaning and disinfection personnel should also take good personal protection when preparing and using chemical disinfectants。

16.Strictly implement hand hygiene measures for staff and students。Wash your hands before eating, after using the toilet, after touching garbage, after going out and returning, after using public objects such as sports equipment and school computers, after touching animals, before touching "susceptible" parts such as eyes, and after touching contaminated objects。When washing hands, use hand sanitizer or soap. Wash hands thoroughly under running water in the correct way. You can also rub hands with a quick dry hand disinfectant。

17.Strengthen management of absence due to illness。Record absenteeism, early leave, leave, and timely report to faculty, staff and students who are absent due to illness。

19.Health education classes shall be set up, and special personnel shall regularly publicize and guide the knowledge of prevention and control, such as personal protection and disinfection, to the staff and students in the school。During the epidemic prevention and control period, teaching staff and students should be instructed to avoid going to places where crowds gather, especially places with poor air mobility, and reduce unnecessary going out。If you go out, you should do a good job of personal protection and hand hygiene. You must wear a medical mask properly when you go to crowded public places, take public transportation and van elevators。

3. Emergency treatment of suspected symptoms of infection

20.In case of fever, dry cough, fatigue, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhea and other symptoms, faculty and staff shall immediately report to the person in charge of the university and seek medical treatment in a designated hospital in time according to regulations。Avoid taking public transportation such as buses and subways, and wear surgical masks (or other masks of higher grade) on the way to and inside the hospital.。

21.If students have fever, dry cough, fatigue, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhea and other symptoms, report to the school in time and take corresponding measures。

22.If a suspected case of COVID-19 occurs among faculty members or students, they should immediately report it to the disease prevention and control department under their jurisdiction, and cooperate with relevant departments to manage close contacts。

23.General contacts living and studying together should be informed of the risk, such as fever, dry cough and other respiratory symptoms, diarrhea, conjunctival congestion and other symptoms should seek medical attention in time。

24.Special personnel are responsible for contacting the parents of the staff or students under quarantine to check their health status。
